  • I CAN NO LONGER MAKE AN EVENT, IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND?

    We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan, if for some reason you can no longer attend a Mappa event you purchased a ticket for, please reach out to us at hello@mappaoutdoor.com to enquire about a refund. Please note that refunds will only be considered with a week (or more) of notice — read more about our policy here.

  • AN EVENT IS SOLD OUT, IS THERE A WAITLIST?

    Thanks for your interest in attending a Mappa event. If tickets are sold out, you can get on the waitlist here and we’ll let you know if a ticket becomes available.

  • CAN I SUBMIT AN EVENT IDEA?

    Of course! If there’s something you’d like to see included in our program, or an event you’d like to see us run more frequently, we’d love to hear about it. Send us an email at hello@mappaoutdoor.com — we’re always keen to hear from our community.

    Mappa aims to spark curiosities, build connections, educate through fun experiences and make the outdoors a more inviting and inclusive place for all.
