We want you to love what you order, so if something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss an exchange or refund.
Our production runs are very small and our operations are largely volunteer-run. We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is clearly in a new, unworn condition.
To return or exchange your Mappa merch purchase, please reach out to us at hello@mappaoutdoor.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 days of the item arriving back at the Mappa facility.
EVENTS
Due to the nature of our events and limited ticket availability, refunds for experiences will only be considered with 7 or more days notice of the event date. Ticket refunds incur a 3-5% fee to cover processing expenses. Please reach out to hello@mappaoutdoor.com for a refund.
